A Day in the Life of Marketing Specialist:

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Marketing Specialist with 2–3 years of relevant experience to support and execute marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with new technologies, brings fresh ideas to the table, and takes ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.

So, how are we going to keep you busy?

- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and other channels - Assist in creating and managing marketing content, including posts, presentations, and sales collaterals - Work closely with Sales and Product teams and external partners to build effective communication channels, such as newsletters and customer forums. - Track campaign performance against benchmarks and prepare reports with recommendations. - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer trend analysis to better understand the main challenges and how to drive value - Actively contribute new ideas to improve brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation - Take initiative on assigned projects and ensure end-to-end execution - Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies What will make you eligible for this role?

- 2–3 years of experience in a marketing or related role - Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, social media platforms, and basic analytics - Comfortable adopting and working with new technologies and marketing tools - Strong execution skills with a proactive, self-driven mindset - Creative thinking with the ability to propose and implement new ideas - Good communication and coordination skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Experience, that will be an advantage:

- Exposure to marketing automation tools, CRM systems, or AI-driven marketing platforms - Basic understanding of SEO, performance marketing, or content marketing - Expertise in designing and formatting marketing content, preferably translating technical features into clear customer-oriented value propositions[CP2] [SS3] - Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment - Knowledge of the telecom or the roaming market - Experience working on HubSpot What will make you the best-fit for this role?
