Local Launch & Campaign Execution
- Build and execute local product launch plans aligned with global strategy for both B&M and E-commerce
- Develop and localize marketing campaigns for the Japan market
- Plan and execute exclusive offers for local POP-up events and Gaisho initiatives
- Adapt global assets and concepts to ensure relevance to Japanese consumers while maintaining luxury brand standards
- Lead the creation of local marketing tools such as leaflets, brochures, product catalogs, and in-store materials
- Prepare clear briefs for creative agencies and internal teams
- Review and approve copy, layouts, and final outputs to ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance
- Own Net Sales and Retail Sales forecasting for assigned product lines
- Support pricing strategy in collaboration with Global and Finance to ensure competitiveness and brand positioning
- Monitor and manage product margin performance, highlighting risks and improvement opportunities
- Work closely with Sales and Finance on demand planning and forecast updates
- Track sales performance vs. forecast and propose corrective actions
- Support product lifecycle management (launches, animations, discontinuations)
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights
- Act as a key liaison between Regional team and local cross-functional teams
- Track product, campaign, and tool effectiveness post-launch
- Prepare presentations and performance reviews for internal stakeholders and Global/Retional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, Brand Marketing, or similar roles
- Experience in Luxury, Beauty, or Skincare preferred
- Hands-on experience in:
- Local launch planning and campaign execution
- Marketing tool development (leaflets, brochures, POSM, etc.)
- Sales forecasting (Net Sales and/or Retail Sales)
- Experience working in a global–local (HQ–affiliate) environment is a plus
- Experience working cross-functionally with CRM teams is preferred.
- Strong marketing execution and project management skills
- Analytical mindset with confidence in forecasting and performance tracking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Native-level Japanese and Business-level English required
