Your new company

A Japanese global technology conglomerate offering e‑commerce, fintech, digital content, and mobile services across more than 30 countries and recognized for its large ecosystem connecting a wide range of online platforms and financial products.

Your new role

As a Product Manager, you will support the product management team across the full product lifecycle. You'll work with different stakeholders to gather requirements, perform market research, and help shape the product direction and strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Help define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap using market insights, customer feedback, and business goals.
  • Support market research efforts to understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive environment.
  • Assist with prioritizing and managing the product backlog to ensure features align with the product vision and goals.
  • Participate in user research activities and collect feedback to improve the user experience.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and track industry trends to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Help monitor KPIs and metrics to evaluate product performance.
  • Prepare product documentation such as user guides, release notes, and presentations.
  • Work closely with development teams throughout the development process, providing clarification and support on product requirements.


What you'll need to succeed

■Requirements
  • Understanding of product management concepts, processes, and tools.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and cross‑cultural teams.
  • Familiarity with the tech industry, ideally with software or SaaS products.
  • Knowledge of cloud services, APIs, data analytics, or related technical areas.

■Preferred Qualifications
  • Japanese fluency.
