Account Executive – B2B Sales (Denver, CO)

We are currently hiring an Account Executive to join our growing team here in Denver.

We are a UPS-partnered logistics consulting firm (Unishippers) that helps mid-sized businesses reduce shipping costs while improving service and visibility. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term book of business and recurring income.

💼 What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and develop new business (outbound sales)
  • Meet with business owners and decision-makers
  • Analyze shipping data and present cost-saving solutions
  • Close new business and build long-term client relationships
  • Manage and grow your own book of business

💰 Compensation

  • Base salary + uncapped commission
  • Year 1: $85K–$100K+
  • Year 2: $125K–$150K+ (as your book grows)

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build recurring income, not just chase one-time commissions.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • Competitive, self-motivated mindset
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with outbound sales / prospecting
  • 1–5 years of sales or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Experience in B2B sales, logistics, payroll, or similar industries is a plus
