The Opportunity

At CargoTrans, our mission is simple: make the world smaller for our customers. We do that by helping mid-market companies ($20M–$250M in revenue) navigate tariffs, move freight smarter, faster, and with fewer headaches.

We’re growing our presence in New York and looking for an Account Executive who wants to build something meaningful. This is a high-ownership role with the opportunity to develop the NYC market and expand into Long Island.

We’re a boutique end-to-end logistics supply chain manager and tariff advisor, by design—nimble, relationship-driven, and focused on delivering real value. If you’re someone who enjoys creating opportunities, building trust, and solving real-world problems, you’ll fit right in.


What You’ll Be Doing

Own Your Pipeline

  • Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation to close
  • Convert inbound leads and referrals into new business
  • Build your own pipeline through relationships, networking, and targeted outreach
  • Maintain a disciplined, accurate pipeline in HubSpot

Solve Real Problems

  • Understand how customers move goods—and where pain exists
  • Engage stakeholders across operations, procurement, and leadership
  • Design solutions that simplify complexity and improve performance
  • Position CargoTrans as a partner that makes global trade feel smaller and more manageable

Close & Execute

  • Own deal strategy, pricing discussions, and negotiations
  • Collaborate closely with operations and leadership to win and implement business
  • Keep deals moving with clarity and momentum

Grow What You Win

  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships
  • Identify opportunities to expand and deepen partnerships over time


What You Bring

  • 3–7+ years of B2B sales experience with relevant training
  • A track record of closing mid-market deals
  • Comfort building pipeline independently in a lean environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both operators and executives
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
