Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Account Manager role based in Manahawkin, NJ. The Account Manager will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying customer needs, and providing customized pest control solutions. Daily tasks involve account management, client communication, scheduling, and coordinating services to meet client expectations while adhering to company standards. The Account Manager will also be responsible for generating new business leads and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Sales and account management experience, with the ability to identify client needs and offer tailored solutions
- Organizational and time management skills for scheduling and coordinating services
- Knowledge of pest control services or willingness to learn and adhere to Integrated Pest Management (IPM) techniques
- Self-motivation and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in basic computer and CRM software tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
