About the Job


Daxor Corporation is seeking a driven sales professional with a passion for clinical sales, relationship-building, and expanding the use of innovative diagnostics and radiopharmaceuticals.


This is a high-impact, sales-driven position where you will manage and grow a portfolio of clinician driven accounts. The role is field-based and client-facing, so you’ll work closely with prescribers and care teams to drive adoption and growth of Daxor’s Blood Volume Analysis (BVA™) technology in both physician office and hospital settings.


  • Candidates must be based in Greater Philadelphia/New Jersey and willing to travel frequently
  • Candidates must live close to a major airport
  • Candidates outside this region will not be considered
  • Candidates must have proven sales experience with documented top performance
  • Cardiovascular sales experience a plus
  • Physician Office Sales as well as Hospital Sales Experience


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, including physician offices, physician office labs (POLs), hospitals and outpatient clinics
  • Build and expand relationships with prescribers and key stakeholders within the account
  • Develop a strategic approach to growing your business and achieving sales targets. Demonstrate effective: account qualification and assessment, forecasting, & strategic planning utilizing the Strategic Selling Sales Methodology
  • Troubleshoot clinical workflow, reimbursement, and integration issues
  • Conduct clinical data reviews to support quality improvement initiatives
  • Develop a pipeline of new account opportunities and drive contracting and onboarding efforts
  • Effective and timely management of business processes, including customer contracting, price quotes, customer complaints, quarterly business reviews, Blue Sheets, expense management and RAMP expense reporting
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support customer success to include customer and technical services, marketing and the Chief Medical Officer
  • Effective communication and collaboration with field sales team and field management team
  • Responsible for initiating account contacts, conducting high level sales call activity, providing clinical support
  • Maintains regular contact with current and potential accounts in the assigned territory to maintain product usage and growth
  • Establish an understanding of reimbursement policies for both physician offices as well as hospital-based product placements both inpatient and outpatient
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management


Requirements


  • Experience selling medical devices, laboratory diagnostics, or pharmaceuticals within the healthcare industry with a focus on cardiovascular sales
  • Background in account management or business development with a proven acumen for deep clinical conversations
  • 5+ years of sales experience in healthcare settings, including physician offices, physician office labs, hospitals and outpatient clinics
  • Bachelor's degree required. A degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Healthcare Management, or a related field a plus
  • This role requires candidates to be based in Greater Philadelphia, New Jersey area
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage a territory
  • Strong presentation, communication, and technical skills
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Google Workspace
  • Ability to travel extensively by car and occasionally by plane


Compensation & Benefits


  • Base salary commensurate with experience
  • Car allowance and travel expenses provided
  • Total Compensation (including performance-based incentives): $145,000 to $200,000 + per year
  • Uncapped variable compensation
  • 401K , company stock/equity, medical, dental, life insurance, PTO
