For one of our key brands, Ecovacs Robotics, we are looking for a Field Account Manager - Ecovacs Robotics (BENELUX) who will take ownership of retail execution and drive growth across the BENELUX region.

Your Impact

In this role, you are the face of Ecovacs in the field across different channels such as consumer electronics retail and DIY, combining strong execution with relationship building and commercial drive.

What You’ll Do

  • Own in-store execution: ensure premium visibility, product placement, and consistent brand presence
  • Act as the main point of contact for retail partners, supporting day-to-day questions and operational needs
  • Build and manage strong relationships with buyers, store managers, and sales staff
  • Deliver engaging product training, ensuring teams understand features, benefits, and key selling points
  • Drive sell-out performance through promotions, activations, and hands-on support in store
  • Support account management: assist with key accounts, customer visits, and operational follow-ups
  • Gather market insights: monitor stock levels, competitor activity, and identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure strong communication flow between retail partners, sales, and marketing teams
  • Report and align: provide structured field feedback to the Sales Lead and collaborate closely with marketing

• A strong communicator and natural relationship builder

• Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working independently in the field

• Experienced in retail, field sales, or channel/account support

• Commercially driven with attention to detail

• Passionate about consumer electronics and innovation
