We are representing an exceptional ultra-luxury resort in the Caribbean, seeking a world-class Senior Restaurant Manager to oversee 2–3 high-end outlets within a prestigious, internationally recognised property.

The Role

You will take full operational responsibility for multiple outlets, ensuring each delivers flawless, intuitive service at the very highest level. Beyond day-to-day excellence, this role is about leading leaders, developing your management team and building a culture of consistency, care, and pride.

You will:

• Oversee 2–3 luxury outlets, driving performance and standards
• Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers
• Embed a culture of genuine hospitality and anticipatory service
• Deliver a Forbes 5-Star / Michelin-level guest journey across all touchpoints
• Work closely with senior leadership on service strategy and continuous improvement
• Ensure exceptional attention to detail across service, presentation, and team behaviour

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a senior restaurant leadership role within Michelin-starred restaurants or Forbes 5-Star hotels/resorts
• Good knowledge of reservation platforms would be beneficial
• A first-class operator with a deep understanding of luxury service standards
• A developer of managers, someone who builds strong, confident leadership teams
• Outstanding people skills, emotional intelligence, and presence on the floor
• A naturally positive, authentic, and engaging personality
• Strong organisational and commercial awareness across multi-outlet operations
