Senior Site Manager – Large Residential Development | North County Dublin

A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a major housing development in North County Dublin. This is a key leadership role with one of Ireland’s most ambitious residential developers, currently scaling operations significantly and targeting over 800 units in production across multiple projects over the next 12 months.

This opportunity will suit a motivated construction professional with a strong residential background who is looking for long-term career progression within a rapidly expanding business.

The Role

• Manage and oversee all day-to-day site operations on a large-scale residential project
• Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, and site teams to ensure efficient delivery
• Drive programme milestones while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety
• Work closely with Contracts Managers, Project Managers, and the wider delivery team
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, and specification
• Maintain excellent site standards and compliance with all H&S regulations
• Play a key role in the successful delivery of high-volume housing units

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager on residential developments
• Strong housing experience essential
• Timber frame experience highly desirable
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and residential delivery
• Relevant construction qualification preferred
• Developer or main contractor residential experience considered
