Role title: Enterprise Account Manager (Client Services)
Work model: Full-time on-site (NYC), 5 days/week
If you love the thrill of owning the room with a client, turning messy inputs into crisp plans, and translating performance data into “here’s what we’re doing next” …keep reading. This role sits at the intersection of clients + content + growth + reporting, and it’s built for someone who’s equal parts operator and people-person.
Who we are (aka: what you’ll be bragging about at brunch)
Parallel is the largest TikTok-focused organic content network, managing 10,000+ accounts and delivering high-quality traffic + impressions for enterprise brands—at a fraction of paid social costs. Clients span mobile apps, e-commerce, iGaming, entertainment, and more.
The vibe: You run campaigns like a producer, advise like a strategist
You’ll proactively manage Parallel campaigns end-to-end—making sure scope is clear, delivery is clean, timelines don’t drift, and stakeholders stay aligned. You’ll become the client’s trusted advisor for long-term growth, bringing insights and “alpha” they can use alongside their paid UA efforts.
What you’ll actually do (the high-impact stuff)
- Own the full campaign lifecycle for enterprise contracts—from pre-close rapport building through launch, optimization, and renewals.
- Partner with internal content managers to hit targets, timelines, and deliverables (without chaos).
- Work directly with clients to confirm KPIs, attribution setup, and measurement cadence.
- Turn brand inputs (guidelines, messaging, restricted topics, asset libraries) into standardized campaign briefs that teams can execute against.
- Build reporting that makes VP/SVP-level growth + performance marketing leaders lean in—clear numbers and a compelling narrative.
- Lead regular performance check-ins, balancing “the data says…” with “here’s what it means and what we’re doing next.”
- Help refine internal systems: reporting templates, workflows, and cadences that scale.
- Be the “fastest reply on the East Coast” for client requests—responsive, calm, and prioritized.
What success looks like (first 60–90 days)
- You’re confidently running multiple enterprise campaigns with clean briefs, crisp timelines, and zero surprises.
- Clients see you as their go-to—someone who anticipates questions before they ask.
- Your reporting gets forwarded internally with messages like: “This is exactly what we needed.”
- Internal teams trust you because you’re organized, direct, and you unblock things quickly.
You’re probably a fit if you have…
- 3+ years enterprise account management experience
- 1+ year in media/marketing account management, with an emphasis in advertising
- 1+ year building relationships with performance marketing, UA, or growth leaders (mobile apps, eComm, digital media)
- Familiarity with the performance ecosystem: paid social, UA, organic, creator/influencer
- Confidence managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships without dropping the ball
- Have a willingness to travel for conferences/client events
Soft skills we care about (a lot):
- You’re a self-starter and proactive planner
- You’re an exceptional communicator (clear writing + calm client presence)
- You can be empathetic and firm when it’s time to protect scope/timelines
- You like building order out of ambiguity (and you don’t need hand-holding)
Compensation & Benefits
- $100,000-$125,000 (DOE)
- Bonus tied to retained media spend ($10k–$50k)
- Health insurance
