Operations Executive

We’re recruiting for an Operations Executive to join a high-performing Strategic Partnerships team within a leading developer focused on growth, delivery, and long-term value creation.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an interest in partnerships, commercial strategy, or investment to play a key role in supporting B2B and B2G growth objectives. You’ll work across multiple functions, helping to coordinate partnership activity, prepare commercial materials, and support stakeholder engagement across the full partnership lifecycle.

What you’ll do

• Support the management of relationships with B2B and B2G partners, including state bodies, institutional customers, and strategic counterparties.
• Assist in preparing briefing papers, presentations, commercial summaries, and other materials to support partnership discussions and internal approvals.
• Coordinate partnership activity across internal teams, ensuring alignment between Strategic Partnerships, Investment, Finance, Construction, and Legal.
• Track actions, milestones, risks, and dependencies, maintaining clear records to support delivery and reporting.
• Collate and analyse market, policy, customer, and commercial information to support the assessment of partnership opportunities.
• Contribute to internal governance updates and senior stakeholder reporting.

What we’re looking for

• Experience or a strong interest in real estate, property, partnerships or B2G.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, well-structured materials.
• Commercial awareness and an interest in partnership-led growth and value creation.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical capability and attention to detail.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and confidence working across teams in a fast-paced environment
