The role is responsible for managing strategic key accounts and driving sustainable revenue growth through long-term customer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Build long-term partnerships and serve as the primary point of contact for high-value customers.
- Define and execute account strategies and growth plans to maximize revenue, market share, and customer lifetime value.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, particularly across IPP partners.
- Lead commercial negotiations, contract structuring, and pricing strategies in alignment with company objectives and risk guidelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources (technical, project, supply chain, finance, and HQ teams) to support key account projects from opportunity identification through execution.
- Represent the company in strategic marketing and industry engagements, including exhibitions, forums, and high-level customer events.
- Provide structured reporting and strategic insights on account performance, pipeline development, and market trends to management.
- Proactively manage customer escalations and complex issues, ensuring alignment, timely resolution, and sustained customer satisfaction.
Skills & Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in strategic sales or business development, including at least 3 years of experience working in a PV inverter or PV module company in India.
- Proven ability to manage senior-level stakeholders and communicate effectively with both domestic and international clients.
- Fluency in English in both writing and speaking, Hindi is a plus.
- Strong strategic thinking capability with a results-driven, solution-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel frequently to support key accounts and project engagements.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influence skills across complex, multi-party environments.
