CJ Hiring seek a Site Manager in Goatstown with a leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Construction Management Site Manager to join their growing team on a large-scale residential development

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company delivering high-quality residential projects across Dublin. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.

Salary: €80,000 – €90,000 DOE + package

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations on site
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site personnel
• Ensure all works are completed in line with project schedules
• Maintain high standards of health & safety across the site
• Conduct regular site meetings and progress reporting
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients
• Monitor quality control procedures and ensure compliance with specifications
• Ensure materials and resources are available when required

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site operations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
