Following a period of rapid growth and recent funding, we are embarking on a strategic expansion into the US market. We are looking for a trailblazer to establish our footprint, starting in Austin.
The Opportunity: "Lead the Charge"
As one of our first US employees, you won’t just be another member of a sales team – you will be a founding pillar of our North American operations. Working directly alongside our CEO, you will be responsible for setting up, landing, and expanding Factory’s presence in this new territory.
This is an incredible ground-floor opportunity to lead the charge and shape the future of a scaling SaaS company – with significant growth potential as we expand the team.
The Role
We are hunting for an energetic, driven Account Executive who thrives on meaningful discovery conversations and providing tailored solutions. This role requires a unique balance of tactical execution and strategic building. Because this is a new territory, we need a builder who thrives in ambiguity, learns at lightning speed, and takes full ownership of the mission.
- Land & Expand: Partner with the CEO to identify, target, and close foundational US customers.
- Balanced Pipeline: Execute a mix of high-volume cold-outbound prospecting and managing high-intent inbound leads.
- Problem Solving & Iteration: Identify market-specific hurdles, solve complex problems on the fly, and iterate on sales messaging to find what resonates with US customers.
- Collaborative Growth: While based in Austin, you will stay deeply connected to our global teams – including Product, Customer Success, and Marketing – to execute impactful sales strategies.
Who You Are
- First-Hire Mentality: You take extreme ownership. You don't wait for instructions; you see a gap and fill it.
- Comfort with Ambiguity: You aren't rattled by a lack of structure – you enjoy the challenge of building the structure yourself.
- Quick Learner: You can digest complex product features and translate them into value props quickly. If an approach isn't working, you iterate and move fast.
- Sales Hybrid: You are equally skilled at the "grind" of cold outreach and the "consultative" nature of closing high-value deals.
- Experience: 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in a startup or early-stage environment where you helped build the sales process, not just follow one.
