Round1 AI is helping all a leading 'Agentic AI' healthcare platform specializing in end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) automation.

You'll be a good fit if you have

• Demonstrated expertise in building distributed systems and agentic orchestration frameworks for complex, self-reasoning AI applications.
• Proven ability to debug non-deterministic systems, including diagnosing and mitigating common issues such as model hallucinations.
• Experience in optimizing token-to-second (TPS) rates and managing Time to First Token (TTFT) to deliver real-time user experiences.
• Strong system design skills, particularly in architecting scalable, distributed systems that efficiently handle large-scale vector embeddings.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Build autonomous and semi-autonomous agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI to execute multi-step reasoning tasks.
• Implement persistent memory, state management, and stateful interactions in large language model (LLM) applications for handling long-running conversations and intricate task trees.
• Architect interfaces between LLMs and external APIs, SQL databases, and local code interpreters to enhance tool-use and function calling.
