The Manager, Provider Relations is a high-impact leadership role dedicated to expanding access to life-changing Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy. You aren't just managing a team; you are spearheading a mission to educate the healthcare community and bridge the gap between providers and patients in need of innovative behavioral health solutions.
In this role, you will lead a high-performing team of Regional Account Managers (RAMs), fostering a culture of strategic excellence, clinical integrity, and relentless growth.
Core Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Coach & Mentor: Direct a team of RAMs, providing consistent field-level coaching to sharpen their engagement strategies and clinical fluency.
- Performance Excellence: Conduct rigorous 1-on-1s and performance reviews, leveraging data-driven insights to guide development plans and corrective actions.
- Talent Acquisition: Partner with internal stakeholders to drive strategic hiring, onboarding, and continuous development initiatives that support regional growth and scalability.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze referral trends, market penetration, and competitor landscapes to identify untapped growth opportunities.
- Strategic Partnerships: Lead the charge in identifying and engaging high-value healthcare stakeholders and behavioral health systems.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Reimbursement teams to dismantle barriers to patient access and align messaging.
- Field Presence: Spend approximately 80% of your time in the field, observing RAM activity and supporting high-stakes account development.
- Data Integrity: Utilize CRM and reporting tools to evaluate regional KPIs and inform executive decision-making.
- Compliance Stewardship: Ensure all team activities strictly adhere to healthcare laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of success in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device sales.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams to meet or exceed regional growth targets.
- Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in territory planning and using metrics to drive sales behavior.
- Mobility: Ability to travel up to 80% (air/auto) within the assigned regional territory. Preference for Candidates located in Southeast/Central US.
- 2+ years of direct people management experience in a clinical or referral-based environment.
- Specific experience in Behavioral Health or Neuroscience.
- Experience navigating complex reimbursement landscapes (Prior Authorizations/Payer Relations).
Physical Requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively (80%) by air, rail, or automobile.
- Ability to perform standard field-based duties: standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs (marketing materials/displays).

Benefits Statement: Selected candidate will be eligible to participate in the Company’s employee benefit plans, which currently include: health insurance; dental insurance; vision insurance; optional supplemental medical insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; company-paid life insurance and additional voluntary life insurance; company-paid short term disability and long term disability insurance; participation in a 401(k) savings and investment plan with company contribution; and paid time off for non-exempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and .29166 per pay period for personal time. Full-time exempt employees will be eligible for Flex-PTO, which allows time off without accrual. If applicable and required under state law, the successful candidate will also be eligible for paid sick leave. These benefits are subject to plan terms, company policies and are subject to change.
