Account Executive (SaaS, $220k OTE)

At Ingenio, we’re hiring an experienced Account Executive for a fast-growing Irish SaaS company (30% YoY) already winning in the US and now need someone on the East Coast to own that growth.

They’ve built a platform that gives field sales teams what most companies only promise: Real visibility. Real accountability. Real performance.

The role:

• You prospect, run demos, and close
• You handle complex, mid-market and enterprise deals
• You build pipeline and convert it
• You carry a real number — and hit it

You must have

• $750K+ ARR/TCV closed annually as a true IC
• 5+ years in B2B SaaS / software sales
• Full-cycle ownership (not just parts of the deal)
• Strong demo skills — you run your own process
• Based on the East Coast, US
