Senior Manager - SAP Consulting

We are seeking a Senior Manager with deep expertise in SAP-led business and technology transformation to lead complex, enterprise-scale programmes.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Transformation Leadership

• Lead end-to-end SAP transformation programmes, including S/4HANA migrations, greenfield/brownfield implementations, and global rollouts
• Define SAP-enabled business transformation strategies aligned to operating model, process, and data objectives
• Own programme governance, delivery assurance, and risk management across large-scale, complex initiatives

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Facilitate board-level discussions on SAP strategy, value realisation, and transformation outcomes
• Manage senior client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business

Commercial & Practice Leadership

• Lead proposal development, business case creation, and commercial negotiations
• Own revenue targets, margin performance, and pipeline development for SAP transformation engagements
• Contribute to SAP practice growth, thought leadership, and go-to-market offerings

Team & Talent Leadership

• Lead and mentor Managers, Senior Managers, and delivery leads across functional and technical SAP domains
• Build high-performing, diverse teams and support capability development across the SAP practice
• Act as a role model for leadership behaviours, quality, and professional excellence

Core SAP Experience

• SAP S/4HANA Finance and/or Logistics transformation leadership
• Strong understanding of SAP Activate, agile/hybrid delivery models, and PMO governance
• Experience across adjacent SAP technologies

Required Experience & Background

• Proven track record delivering large-scale SAP transformations Strong consulting pedigree with experience operating in complex, matrixed client environments
• Demonstrated success in sales, account growth, and executive stakeholder engagement

Skills & Competencies

• Strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen
• Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills
• Deep understanding of business process transformation enabled by SAP
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-change environments
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at C-suite level

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (required); MBA or equivalent (desirable)
• SAP certifications (S/4HANA, Finance, Logistics, Activate) highly desirable
• Must be a french speaker
