Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Lines Insurance Account Executive, based in the Grand Rapids Metropolitan Area. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing tailored insurance solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include assessing client insurance needs, preparing quotes, reviewing policy details, resolving queries, and building long-term relationships with clients. Additionally, the role includes staying informed on industry trends and company offerings to ensure optimal client satisfaction.
Qualifications
· Client Service and Relationship Management skills to communicate effectively and build long-term partnerships
· Knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance policies, coverage options, and industry regulations
· Attention to detail and proficiency in Policy Reviews, Documentation, and Account Management
· Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills
· Proficiency with insurance software and basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite, AMS360, and download procedures.
· State insurance license or commitment to obtaining one within a specified time frame
· Three or more years of P&C experience preferred with a year of IA experience
