Enterprise Account Executive – Mission Critical / Data Centers
My client is a leading Construction Technology firm that partners with many of the top General Contractors and Data Center Developers across the US, helping deliver some of the most complex mission critical projects in the market today.
Their advanced platform leverages AI, data intelligence, and real-time project analytics to help construction teams improve visibility, drive operational performance, and reduce risk across large-scale construction programs. Following significant investment and continued growth, they are expanding their Mission Critical sales team and are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive focused on the Data Center Owner and Developer ecosystem.
This is an opportunity to join a fast-scaling technology business operating at the intersection of construction, AI, and mission critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow the company’s customer base by securing net new business within the Data Center Owner & Developer market
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and close
- Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on enterprise-level opportunities
- Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Build pipeline through conferences, trade shows, networking events, and industry relationships
- Establish trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and project teams
- Accurately manage sales forecasting, pipeline activity, and CRM reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to support customer outcomes and market feedback
- Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and business units
Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years of enterprise software or technology sales experience
- Proven success selling into the Mission Critical / Data Center sector
- Demonstrated track record closing complex $1M+ TCV software or technology deals
- Experience selling to Owners, Developers, General Contractors, or major construction stakeholders
- Strong ability to prospect, qualify, and strategically pursue enterprise opportunities
- Excellent networking and relationship-building capabilities
- Ability to engage stakeholders ranging from end users through to C-Suite leadership
- Passion for construction technology, AI, digital transformation, and mission critical infrastructure
- Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable operating within a high-growth environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
- Collaborative mindset with high levels of accountability and professionalism
