What awaits you in this role?
We are looking for a passionate Key Account Manager who will join our team at Commercial Transformation and Alternative Channels Sales Directorate.
- Product management for the related category – determination of the product line up, order forecasts, stock management,
- Determine the product pricing and creating the sales campaigns for the related products,
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, consumer preferences and growth opportunities,
- Establish business strategy for the business area,
- Business development in the new markets/customers,
- Manage the process of new product launch to the market,
- Prepare briefs for the marketing department and merchandising teams for the execution,
- Responsible for sales revenue, profit and market share,
- Forecast sales and planning to source accordingly,
- Manage merch team, set sales targets monthly,
- Track and report sell in, sell out and stock data for each channel.
This position is located in Kadıköy, İstanbul.
How do we describe the perfect match?
- Minimum Bachelor's degree,
- Minimum 5 years of sales and key account management experience,
- Verbal and written skills in English,
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications & SAP
- Excellent statistical skills,
- Understanding needs of the market & customer,
- Outside the box thinking ability, having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
- Open to innovation culture,
- Flexible and open to new perspectives,
- A great team player with a self-initiative mindset.
