What do we expect from our new team member?

  • Managing customers and achieving sales targets.
  • Increasing business volume by offering alternative solutions to customers.
  • Managing and following up end-to-end demand, sales, shipment, relaunch, launch, and listing processes.
  • Maximizing product availability with responsible customers to increase market share and distribution.
  • Actively participating in updating customers’ working conditions.
  • Utilizing commercial funds in the most effective way and conducting periodic fund reconciliations.
  • Planning short- and long-term activities for responsible chain customers.
  • Determining appropriate actions in line with profitability and sales targets.
  • Analyzing and interpreting all customer-related data.


What kind of teammate are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of sales experience, preferably in national key accounts/channels.
  • Solution-oriented, proactive, with strong persuasion and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
