For our sales team, we are looking for a Hybrid Channel Account Manager (m/f/d) based in the West region (NRW) In this role, you will be responsible for independently expanding the business with existing business partners within an assigned territory.
Your Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow business with existing business partners
- Act as the main point of contact for existing Lenovo business partners
- Identify and qualify new customer projects across the portfolio
- Present Lenovo’s product portfolio in a solution-oriented manner, tailored to individual customer needs
- Implement and manage development plans, incentive programs, and co-marketing activities with partners
- Conduct quarterly and activity planning with partners to optimize target achievement
- Document sales activities in the CRM system
- Handle daily customer inquiries in collaboration with international Lenovo teams
- Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in sales and negotiations
- Strong sales and product knowledge
- Industry know-how and understanding of the IT channel
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing market conditions
- Customer-oriented, independent, structured, and goal-driven working style
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken)
