What You'll Do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and delivering expert insurance insights
  • Analyze insurance data to identify potential risk and present effective coverage solutions
  • Review and assess upcoming renewals, ensuring clients always have the best available options
  • Proactively contact clients to schedule and conduct annual review calls
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products
  • Strengthen client relationships through exceptional, top-tier customer service with consistent follow-through

What You'll Bring

  • 2–3 years of experience in Sales and Account Management within the Property & Casualty Insurance industry, preferably within an independent agency or with strong knowledge of multiple carriers
  • Self-starter mentality with a drive to achieve goals and deliver measurable results
  • Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing insurance policies and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Genuine commitment to client satisfaction — you listen, you follow through, and you find solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; proficient in Adobe Reader/Acrobat
  • Comfort learning new web-based platforms; experience with EZLynx is a plus

Compensation & Schedule

  • Base salary: $55,000–$60,000
  • Commission calculated on new written premium
  • Hybrid schedule available after onboarding period
  • Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
