Senior Full Stack Engineer (Data)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a strong Senior Full-Stack Engineer with solid data skills to support and enhance reporting and data platforms within the healthcare sector. This role involves maintaining and evolving existing reporting systems, as well as developing new solutions on a modern data platform. You’ll work in a collaborative, dynamic team delivering high-quality, data-driven insights that impact healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver enhancements and fixes to the client’s existing BSIS reporting system.
  • Reverse engineer existing reports and stored procedures to understand and document business logic.
  • Design and implement new reports and dashboards on the client’s Federated Data Platform (FDP).
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain high code quality, documentation, and adherence to best practices.
  • Participate in agile delivery, pair programming, and testing initiatives to ensure robust, scalable solutions.
  • Support cloud-based deployments and CI/CD pipelines where required.


Required Technical Skills:

  • 20+ Years experience working with C# and .NET development
  • SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
  • ASP.NET web framework
  • Team Foundation Server (TFS)
  • Ability to analyze and understand complex Stored Procedures

Data Engineering:

  • Python programming with strong SQL knowledge
  • Pandas and PySpark for data manipulation and transformation

Cross-Functional Skills:

  • Git / GitHub
  • Cloud-based engineering
  • React for front-end development
  • Test-driven development (TDD) with Playwright & PyTest
  • Report development using PowerBI, Tableau, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with DevOps concepts, CI/CD, and secrets scanning
  • Agile delivery experience

Non-Technical Skills:

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
  • Transparent, collaborative, and positive communicator
  • Comfortable operating in dynamic, uncertain environments
