Role Overview
We are looking for an Account Manager Ads/DSP professional to join our team and support operations across Programmatic and AdOps, with a strong focus on the CTV ecosystem. In this role, you will act as a key bridge between demand-side platforms (DSPs), campaign execution teams, and internal stakeholders. Your primary goal is to ensure the smooth delivery, optimization, and troubleshooting of advertising campaigns to maintain high standards of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Operations: Support the setup, trafficking, and monitoring of programmatic campaigns across various DSPs within the CTV environment
- Technical Troubleshooting: Assist in campaign troubleshooting by identifying delivery issues and coordinating technical solutions with the AdOps and Programmatic teams
- Implementation Quality: Ensure the correct implementation of creatives, targeting parameters, and tracking requirements for all active campaigns
- Performance Monitoring: Closely monitor campaign performance and delivery pacing, proactively flagging risks, inconsistencies, or under-performance
- Deal Management: Support the Programmatic team with deal setup, including PMPs, Programmatic Guaranteed (PG), and Open Auction operations
- Inventory Validation: Validate inventory availability and ensure campaign alignment within the broader CTV ecosystem
- Data & Reporting: Assist in reporting, data validation, and post-campaign analysis to provide actionable insights
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of internal processes, best practices, and bespoke campaign workflows
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising, preferably within Programmatic, AdOps, or Media Operations
- Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience with major DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr)
- Technical Understanding: Solid grasp of the programmatic ecosystem, including RTB, PMP, and PG deal structures
- Analytical Mindset: Basic knowledge of campaign metrics such as impressions, CTR, and completion rates, with a focus on data-driven problem solving
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously with high attention to detail
- Communication: Advanced English level (written and spoken)
- Prior experience or strong familiarity with the Connected TV (CTV) landscape
