Key Responsibilities

  • Account for Key account management (KAM) of OEM customers about Honeywell performance, revenue targets/growth, profitability for assigned customer(s), and customer satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain executive business relationships with customer(s)
  • Establish and continuously improve management operating systems (MOS) to measure comprehensive Honeywell performance against customer "Critical to Quality" parameters (CTQs)
  • Lead new business and program team(s), enabling processes, and broadly matrixed management operating systems (MOS) to drive key account growth, profitability, delivery, quality, and performance
  • Lead customer business team (CBT) including Customer Business Leader/Director, Sales, Program Managers, Finance, Customer & Product Support (C&PS), Law and Contract (L&C), Integrated Supply Chain (ISC), Marketing and Engineering, to develop and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue growth and operating income targets, and to ensure program management meeting metrics such as EAC, schedule and customer CTQs, for AT&R OEMs in the APAC region
  • Direct performance reviews for Sales, Voice of the Customer (VOC), Development Programs and other Program/Product Management Team activities. Develop and manage improvement actions for performance across customer segments and product lines
  • Optimize account management construct to develop detailed understanding of entitlement, channel structure, and pricing strategy to develop capture strategies and drive growth
  • Integrate and drive program management and project performance for development and in-service product enhancements
  • Define volume, revenue, and contribution margin objectives through Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and STRAP
  • Set sales incentive plan (SIP) to drive growth
  • Act in a leadership capacity to others, providing direction, training, mentoring, and coaching as required
  • Develop and execute long-term business strategy / growth objectives

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

A demonstrated history of high leadership impact, strong customer focus and the ability to develop and execute an aggressive growth strategy are essential requirements for this role. The successful candidate for this position should have a depth of understanding of commercial aerospace market dynamics and customer requirements within both the Aftermarket and OEM businesses.

The position requires strong influence skills to effectively drive performance in a matrixed, cross-functional environment, a proven track record of effective customer management and interface, a strong program management discipline. Demonstrated success in working across diverse, multi-cultural environments is critical for success.

WE VALUE

  • BS/BA Degree and above in Business, Science or Engineering required.
  • 10 years of directly related experience (at least 5 in management) in aerospace industry with a track record of delivering successful results through management of outcomes
  • Experience in developing and executing strategy and growth plans for new customers, new products, and new market applications
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams from various internal and external organizations
  • Experience profit / loss accountability
  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
  • Ability to think strategically and to scope tasks and set goals
  • Strong customer relationship building skills
  • Clear thinking, quick learning, and executive communication skills
  • Effective coaching/mentoring skills to assess and develop organizational talent density
