● Source, negotiate, and sign partnership with the regional or global top-tier partners in your categories
● Propose deal terms in accelerating close won rate while maintaining margin
● Constantly build relationships with important networks through leveraging existing networks and attending industry events to secure the meetings with the key decision-makers
● Continuously refreshing sales pipeline by sourcing up and coming players
● Use competitive insights to inform selling strategies and strategic directions
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, tech, marketing, customer success and local bd teams
Requirements:
● 5-8 years experience in sales, partnership or business development role within the payment and B2B industry. Internet or fintech company's working experience is a plus
● Demonstrated track record of developing new opportunities, closing top-tier Global/Regional accounts and exceeding sales target
● Success in selling to, working with and building relationship with c-level decision-makers in global top-tier retailers, fortune 500 companies and business owners. Existing network in retail, e-commerce or relevant category top-tiers accounts is a plus
● Highly developed interpersonal skills with your own styles - ability to build relationships with literally anyone. High energy, passionate and always be having the hustling mentality
● Strong desire in working in a start-up environment and comfortable with always be evolving sales processes
● Excellent internal and external communication, organizational, and time management skills
