Job Responsibilities:
- Innovatively develop customer strategies based on sales team analysis to support frontline sales efforts, and regularly deliver professional demonstrations to both sales teams and customers using value-driven sales narratives.
- Proactively collaborate with the sales department to identify and analyze key business opportunities, delve into the needs of existing customers, encourage continued preference for Husky solutions, and prioritize opportunities while aligning consensus among multiple stakeholders.
- Utilize a variety of technical tools to conduct analyses, accurately diagnose customer situations, and identify potential collaboration opportunities.
- Represent the customer’s perspective, coordinate with cross-functional teams such as sales, operations, and pricing to gain insights into customer needs, and design and implement specialized programs to increase parts sales.
- Execute pricing and discount management within authorized limits, and provide improvement suggestions based on customer feedback regarding key issues.
- Collaborate with the sales team to plan and implement promotional projects within the region, achieving parts sales targets through cross-functional cooperation.
- Establish a periodic review mechanism for sales opportunities, track the entire process from sales inquiries to opportunity conversion, and conduct statistical analysis of conversion efficiency.
- Participate in or lead continuous business improvement projects to drive process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
- Develop targeted spare parts sales strategies through customer visits.
- Collaborate with the Spare Parts Sales Manager to participate in the negotiation, signing, and maintenance of corporate spare parts agreements, including the design and execution of discount policies and rebate programs.
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Background
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; preference will be given to candidates with a major in Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulic/Electronic Technologies, Business, or Marketing.
Technical & Industry Understanding
- Familiarity with injection molding machinery and associated mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic systems is advantageous.
- Ability to convey product value with foundational technical knowledge.
