  • Be responsible for supporting the whole team to manage the end to end purchase and delivery of the campaign premium product (gifts with promotions) 负责支持团队地管理活动使优质产品的端到端购买和交付（促销礼品等）能够顺利完成；
  • Support vendor management initiatives with support of the Sourcing team and Buying hub在本采购团队和亚太区采购中心的支持下协助完成供应商管理；
  • Comprehend briefings, select appropriate vendors, conduct bidding process, monitor production, quality control and on-time delivery理解客户需求以便选择合适的供应商来采购最符合客户项目需求的创新设计和功能、并进行投标过程监控、生产管理、质量控制和交货的及时性；
  • Be responsible for ensuring Tag purchase order is correct and being placed with approved supplier 确保采购订单正确并提交给经审核过的供应商；
  • Be responsible for the analysis and integration of sales data reports负责采购数据报表的分析及整合处理;
  • Be responsible for updating and sorting out the commodity data sheet for material orders 负责进行物料下单商品数据表的更新及整理;
  • Communicate data requirements with the demander and complete related work independently 与需求方沟通数据需求，独立完成相关工作;
  • Other work arranged by the leader

  • Strong all-round GWP industry experience in either purchasing or production management or trading company在采购或生产管理或贸易公司方面拥有全面的 GWP 行业经验；
  • Years of professional experience working with video editing software (Adobe Premier有较强的礼赠产品知识
  • Strong product knowledge of premium or brand reminder products出色的沟通和人际交往能力
  • Detail-orientated and self-motivated with can-do attitude以细节为导向，上进心强，积极进取
  • Commercially strong and numerate商业能力强且计算能力强
  • Committed, resilient and prepared to work extra hours as required有责任心、有韧性并准备好根据需要加班
  • Experience of working in an environment where priorities are constantly changing在优先事项不断变化的环境中工作的经验
