Position Overview
The HVAC Service Account Manager is responsible for overseeing client accounts in the HVAC service sector. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively while driving sales and service excellence within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the HVAC service sector
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions and services
- Manage contract renewals and service agreements for existing clients
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and effective service delivery
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess satisfaction and address any concerns
- Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients
- Monitor account performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue growth
Qualifications
- 3+ Years of Experience in HVAC Service Sales Preferred
- Proven experience in sales within the HVAC industry
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in account management is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
