German Speaking Strategic SDR – AI

Dublin | On-site | €42K Base + Bonus | 12-Month Contract

We are partnering with a fast-growing AI business to hire a German-speaking Strategic SDR for their Dublin team.

This is not a traditional high-volume SDR role. The focus is on strategic outreach, executive conversations, and helping businesses understand how AI can create real commercial value.

You’ll work closely with senior Account Directors, engaging with decision-makers across mid-market and enterprise organisations throughout the DACH region.

What you’ll be doing:

• Strategic prospecting & account mapping

• Executive-level discovery conversations

• Researching AI transformation opportunities

• Partnering with Account Directors on account strategy

• Managing the early-to-mid sales cycle

What we’re looking for:

• Fluent German & English

• 2+ years experience within SaaS, tech sales, SDR/BDR, or business development

• Strong communication and commercial curiosity

• Interest in AI, SaaS, or digital transformation

• Consultative mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills
