A German Foundational Team
You won't be just a number on a large scale, you will be a founding member of the German BDR team. This means you will help shape the culture, and establish the playbook for how Rippling conquers the DACH market. As part of this initial team, your work will directly influence Rippling's trajectory in the German market. You will be at the forefront of introducing a revolutionary product.

- Craft strategic outbound messaging to engage upmarket prospects
- Partner with Marketing to run targeted outbound campaigns and generate pipeline
- Prospect into new accounts using proven sales methodologies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM
- Align closely with your Account Executive to create a strong pipeline but qualifying and setting demonstrations.
- Fluency in English and German
- Previous Sales Development or Business Development experience preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with different teams
