We help companies worldwide reach relevant target audiences and achieve sustainable growth. To do this, we combine high-quality media environments, precise data, content strategies, and multichannel campaign approaches. Our focus is on generating qualified demand and measurably supporting sales organizations.

As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our freelance pool in the area of B2B outbound sales and are looking for experienced Sales Account Managers with a focus on the German-speaking market (DACH).

Collaboration is project-based, fully remote, and conducted on behalf of our clients, based on clearly defined target groups, processes, and performance metrics.


Your responsibilities

  • Execution of structured outbound campaigns (cold calling) in a B2B environment with a focus on the DACH market
  • Identification, outreach, and qualification of relevant decision-makers at specialist and executive level (up to C-level)
  • Scheduling and managing qualified business meetings (e.g., product demos, consulting sessions, strategic discussions)
  • Development and management of client relationships throughout the early sales cycle
  • Use and further development of existing lead lists, as well as independent research and prioritization of target contacts
  • Complete documentation of all activities and results in CRM and campaign tools
  • Continuous optimization of outreach strategies, messaging, and campaign approaches based on operational insights
  • Close coordination with internal teams (marketing, data, campaign management) and, where applicable, direct collaboration with clients


Your profile

  • Several years of experience in B2B cold calling and/or sales development, ideally with a focus on the German-speaking market
  • Fluent in German and English (both languages required at a professional business level)
  • Strong experience in managing early-stage client relationships and sales pipelines
  • Confident and professional communication style when dealing with senior stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills and a structured, goal-oriented way of working
  • High level of responsibility and reliability in a remote work environment
  • Self-employed (freelancer) with appropriate availability
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Ability to switch seamlessly between German and English in a business context
