Account Manager (Enterprise Software) (Remote)
We are partnering with a global leader in mobile & IoT enterprise software solutions to hire a high-performing Account Manager to drive new business across the German market.
This is a hunter role built for someone who thrives on opening doors, breaking into new accounts, and building pipeline from scratch.
Location: Northern Germany (Remote – occasional travel for client meetings
What You’ll Be Doing
- Actively prospecting and winning new enterprise customers (net-new logos focus)
- Running outbound outreach: calls, meetings, networking, and partner-led introductions
- Leading senior-level client conversations and presentations
- Building and owning mutual success plans with key stakeholders
- Navigating complex organizations using structured enterprise sales methodologies
- Collaborating closely with internal technical and pre-sales teams to shape solutions
- Driving opportunities through full cycle to close
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years in B2B software / SaaS / enterprise tech sales
- Proven success in a true hunter / new logo acquisition role
- Strong track record of closing complex deals in a direct sales environment
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Highly structured, commercially sharp, and pipeline-driven mindset
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
