Senior Sales Account Manager, Germany (Ad Tech and Programmatic)

A Senior Account Manager Demand is responsible for managing strategic demand-side relationships with agency holdcos in Northern Europe/Germany this role will represent Magnite inventory across all formats/devices and drive revenue through programmatic direct deals across their patch. By selling premium programmatic deals (Curated Marketplaces and Auction Packages) for inventory packages across display, video, audio, CTV and native, the Agency Demand Manager will lay the groundwork for future demand development across the agency.
In This Role You Will
- Build, manage and understand relationships with buyers across the programmatic ecosystem, including agencies, publishers and other third-party organisations in Northern Europe, predominantly Germany.
- Work internally with the Magnite publisher partners, media planning, demand solutions and product account teams to grow Demand Revenue
- Help to build out the business by creating campaign briefs, providing relevant insights and solutions to meet the agency’s/ client's needs
- Evangelise all buying techniques utilised through our programmatic infrastructure to buyers and build new business opportunities with the ability to sell to clients at all levels
- Creatively market new publisher inventory to buyer network and drive publisher revenue
- Evaluate the rapidly evolving ad tech ecosystem for new ideas/opportunities to guide the company's business strategy and growth
- Educate and train our client base on Magnite product solutions & inventory launches
- Deliver exceptional customer service, respond promptly to customer needs and solicit customer feedback to improve service
- Experience working in the German Agency eco-system
- Experience working in digital media, with hands-on experience and a good understanding of programmatic and media sales.
- Working knowledge of English
- Competent skills in Excel, Powerpoint/Google Slides & Gmail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good presentation skills
- Experience in sales account management
