This is more than a sales leadership role. This is an opportunity for a strategic thought leader to influence go-to-market strategy, market positioning, and executive-level partnerships across Insurance Carriers, Brokers, Self-Insured Employers, and Public Sector clients.
What You’ll Lead
- Enterprise and mid-market revenue strategy across managed care, IME, case management, TPA, and cost containment services
- Market expansion and national account development throughout priority growth territories
- Executive-level client and broker relationships focused on consultative, value-based selling
- Sales team development, performance management, and leadership coaching
- Strategic collaboration with marketing, operations, and executive leadership on product positioning, RFP strategy, and competitive differentiation
- Drive new logo acquisition and expansion of complex, multi-line enterprise accounts
- Build and lead a high-performing, consultative sales organization
- Influence long-term market strategy, territory planning, and vertical growth initiatives
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior decision-makers across employer, carrier, and broker channels
- Elevate RFP strategy and executive presentations to improve win rates and market visibility
- Partner cross-functionally to align sales strategy with operational excellence and client delivery
- Proven success in sales leadership, business development, or revenue strategy within managed care, TPA, claims administration, insurance services, or related risk management solutions
- Strong working knowledge of Workers’ Compensation and Liability markets
- Track record of winning and expanding mid-market and enterprise-level accounts
- Strategic mindset with the ability to connect market trends, customer needs, and internal capabilities into scalable growth initiatives
- Executive presence with exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience building, leading, or scaling sales teams
- Direct experience selling and/or leading teams in IME and Case Management environments is a strong plus
