Qualifications and requirements

• Strong technical foundation with experience in:
  • Frontend: Javascript, Typescript, React.js, Next.js, MUI
  • Backend: Node.js, Python
  • Testing & UI: Playwright, Storybook
  • Databases & Storage: Postgres, S3
  • Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP, Vercel, Render, Supabase
  • AI Frameworks: OpenAI Agents SDK, Google A2A
  • AI Development Tools: ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex
• 3+ years of experience as a full stack developer.
• A track record of working on startups and side projects, seeing the vision through to completion.
• A high degree of comfort with AI development tools, while maintaining a deep understanding of the codebase and what the code is achieving.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly.
• Ability to work independently, getting features from local to staging without constant oversight.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Comfortable working in early-stage startup environments where priorities shift rapidly.

The Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who can adapt quickly, learn new technologies on the fly, and deliver independently while also collaborating on a broader product vision.

You’ll be a key part of a small, agile team building and scaling a complex SaaS platform.

Job functions

• Build, test, and maintain scalable full-stack features across our platform.
• Work independently to deliver high-quality code on tight timelines.
• Collaborate with the team to translate product vision into technical solutions.
• Integrate with cutting-edge AI technologies, including OpenAI Agents SDK and Google A2A.
• Write and maintain end-to-end and unit tests.
• Contribute to our design system and UI library.
• Optimize performance and scalability across a cloud-native architecture.
• Take ownership of features from concept through to deployment.
• Leverage the best practices in agentic engineering to plan, develop, and test features.
