Requirements & Qualifications

• P&C License or ability to obtain Property & Casualty license within 6 months (company sponsorship provided)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant insurance experience preferred
• Experience servicing small business accounts
• Familiarity with Applied EPIC software highly valued

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage a book of small commercial accounts, delivering full-service client support
• Quote, bind, and process new and renewal business
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring prompt and professional service delivery
• Utilize Applied EPIC system for all documentation and workflow processes
• Collaborate with a team to ensure exceptional client satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training and stay current on industry best practices
