The Role
As the Director of our Strategic Accounts team you will lead, develop, and coach a cross-functional team of Relationship Managers and Customer Success Managers responsible for growth and retention within our strategic (enterprise level) customer base in North America.
You will play a critical leadership role in strengthening revenue performance, elevating executive engagement, and building a high-performing team grounded in Mentimeter’s Core Values and Leadership Manifesto.
Key Responsibilities
Coaching & Team Development
- Lead structured 1:1s with clear performance outcomes
- Provide deal coaching focused on strategic questioning and executive alignment
- Build capabilities in value selling, executive conversations, and account planning
- Develop path-to-quota clarity and performance accountability
- Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and forecasting rigor
- Drive late-stage deal strategy and risk mitigation
- Ensure disciplined execution toward revenue targets
- Engage executive sponsors with clear business objectives
- Support top accounts with proactive expansion and renewal strategies
- Lead EBR/QBR sessions where strategic alignment is required
- Own hiring, onboarding, and succession planning
- Set and uphold performance standards
- Align closely with Marketing, Product, and other cross-functional partners
- Build a culture of accountability and performance excellence
- Conduct structured win/loss reviews
- Identify patterns and improvement areas
- Maintain strong feedback loops and continuous development
- Coaching Excellence — Diagnosis, structured questioning, accountability
- Strategic Selling — Executive conversations, value selling, account mapping
- Revenue Discipline — Forecast rigor, pipeline quality, risk mitigation
- Organizational Leadership — Cross-functional influence, hiring, standards setting
- Self-Leadership — Reflection, emotional regulation, time management
- Complex Deal Navigation — Multi-stakeholder alignment and executive engagement
Mentimeter is a Hybrid Workplace. You will be expected to be in-office 3 days a week.
