This is a full-time, on-site role for an MCA Account Executive located in New York, NY. The role involves managing client relationships, identifying funding opportunities, assessing financing needs, and delivering tailored financial solutions. The Account Executive will also handle account management duties, meet sales targets, and ensure client satisfaction while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets
- Strong knowledge of financial products, particularly Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) solutions
- Client relationship management skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Analytical and critical thinking skills to assess client needs and match them with suitable solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Previous experience in the financial services industry, especially with MCA, is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
