Title: Account Manager
Hybrid: 2-days per week on site (NYC)
Salary: 60K - 75K
Responsibilities:
• Work with supervisor to prepare status reports and contact reports for internal and client distribution
• Monitor and follow up with all aspects of tactical development
• Communicate appropriate client direction to the creative team for project implementation
• Develop and maintain production plans and timelines for the agency team
• Prepare estimates and approve all invoices for jobs, circulating to the client for appropriate approvals
• Regularly track budgets and ensure accurate monthly billing
• Assist in creating agency POVs and help prepare for client presentations
• Participate in the creative development process by attending creative meetings, coordinating
activities and providing feedback for revisions when necessary
• Maintain and update competitive materials, providing updates and implications to internal and client teams
team as appropriate
• Develop good working relationships with agency team members and client departments (i.e.,
regulatory, production, editorial).
• Begin to mentor junior account staff, providing support when needed
• Ensure adherence to internal agency policies and procedures
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field
• 2+ years Agency or related healthcare/pharmaceutical experience required
• Market Access experience preferred
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
• Strong writing and effective communication skills
• Ability to work well within a team
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
