Job Description

As a Data & AI Transformation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of the artificial intelligence landscape. You will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring that AI initiatives are impactful, ethical, and scalable. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading workshops with business stakeholders to identify, structure, and prioritize AI and GenAI use cases.

  • Translating complex business challenges into AI opportunities with measurable impact and ROI.

  • Designing and implementing AI Governance models, covering ownership, policies, control processes, risk management, and Responsible AI principles.

  • Assessing data maturity and organizational readiness for AI adoption, identifying gaps and strategic opportunities.

  • Defining AI-driven transformation roadmaps and ensuring alignment with regulatory, ethical, and security requirements (e.g., EU AI Act, GDPR).

  • Collaborating with Data, Analytics, Architecture, and Cybersecurity teams to operationalize initiatives.

  • Establishing metrics to track value, adoption, and the real-world impact of AI projects.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Data & AI strategy, digital transformation, technology consulting, or innovation program management.

  • Stakeholder Management: Proven track record in leading discovery processes and workshops with business stakeholders across different hierarchical levels.

  • AI & Data Governance: Solid experience in defining or implementing governance models (policies, processes, and controls), specifically for AI or Data environments.

  • Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Fine-tuning, and Prompt Engineering. Ability to articulate business needs with technical data teams is essential.

  • Strategic Vision: Knowledge of AI operating models (centralized, federated, or hybrid) and experience in conducting maturity assessments.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with frameworks and regulations such as the EU AI Act, GDPR, and NIST AI RMF.

  • Change Management: Experience with organizational change methodologies (e.g., ADKAR or Kotter) is highly valued.

  • Industry Context: Experience in highly regulated sectors (Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or Utilities) is a significant plus.

  • Tools: Familiarity with Cloud platforms and Data/AI ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, etc.).

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Language: Fluency in English is mandatory.
