The work you’ll do:
- Qualify leads fast: Own inbound qualification via phone and meetings using MEDDICC/MICCED. Speed-to-lead is key — your responsiveness drives conversion.
- Manage conversational channels: Handle chat (Qualified) and phone requests across all DACH segments. Route to the right Account Executive with full context and warm handoffs.
- Collaborate with AEs: Support pipeline priorities and ensure seamless transitions from first contact to opportunity.
- Document & improve: Capture patterns and edge cases to feed automation. Contribute to playbook optimization and routing logic.
- Maintain data quality: Keep Salesforce and GONG accurate and current.
- Track your impact: Monitor KPIs (response times, conversion rates, MQL hygiene, Won MRR) with a data-driven mindset.
- 1+ year in sales development: SDR, BDR, or similar customer-facing role in SaaS/B2B tech. You qualify fast and turn cold conversations into warm opportunities.
- Fluent German & English: Native-level German, business-fluent English required.
- Process-driven: You bring order to chaos, identify gaps, and translate insights into clear improvements.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable with Salesforce, Qualified, Gong, and AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini). You understand how systems connect.
- Curious & proactive: You spot problems, ask questions, and bring solutions. Excited by AI and automation.
- Organized & reliable: You manage your workload independently and maintain excellent CRM hygiene. Speed matters.
- Multi-threading mindset: Familiar with engaging multiple stakeholders across channels to maximize conversion.
At Personio, we value in-person collaboration while also offering flexibility. This role is office-based, with 3 days per week required in your contracted office location. The remaining days can be worked from home or in the office if you prefer. In addition, you’ll have 20 Flex Days per year to work remotely from other locations.
