Senior Account Executive / Account Supervisor, Public Relations


Location: Manhattan, NY (Hybrid – In-office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Salary Range: $67,000 – $95,000 (Based on experience and qualifications)


The Opportunity

We are seeking a high-performing, seasoned Senior Account Executive—or an experienced professional currently operating at the Account Supervisor level—to lead accounts across our consumer, healthcare, and lifestyle divisions. This role is designed for a strategic practitioner who possesses an equal blend of high-impact media pitching, hands-on event execution, and rigorous account management. You will join a well-established division, serving as a quality control expert and mentor for junior staff while ensuring the seamless delivery of integrated marketing campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

  • Media & Influencer Powerhouse: Develop and maintain deep relationships with long-lead and short-lead media, including broadcast.
  • Tactical Event Leadership: Lead the end-to-end execution of strategic PR initiatives, including media launches, treatment days, mailers, and large-scale brand events.
  • Advanced Account Management: Act as the primary day-to-day lead for multiple accounts, proactively solving challenges and ensuring all deliverables exceed expectations.
  • Mentorship & Quality Control: Provide direction and growth opportunities to junior team members, acting as a final editor to ensure impeccable written communication.
  • Strategic Support: Assist with high-level client presentations and budget management, including individual activation costs and year-long trackers.
  • Managing Up: Partner closely with agency leadership to manage deliverables and set managers up for success.


Who You Are

  • Experienced: You have a minimum of 4-5 years of agency experience. While consumer experience is valued, we are also highly interested in candidates with healthcare or lifestyle backgrounds.
  • A "Senior" SAE: You are a high performer who may already be operating at an Account Supervisor capacity, ready to take on a higher level of ownership.
  • Master Communicator: You possess impeccable writing and copy-editing skills with a "big picture" strategic mindset.
  • Proactive & Punctual: You have a hands-on work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing attention to detail.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Suite, Zoom, and Slack.
