EZOS is a national company with offices in Lexington, KY and Charlottesville, VA, and we're building out our sales team in both markets. This is a ground-floor seat with real ownership, real pipeline, and real upside.
What you'll do:
- Split your time ~50/50 between the office and the field — prospect and build pipeline from your desk, then get out and meet decision-makers face-to-face
- Pitch the EZOS platform, qualify prospects, and walk them through onboarding
- Run disciplined outbound using modern sales automation tools
- Manage your pipeline in Salesforce (clean CRM = happy life)
- Build relationships with local influencers — chambers of commerce, economic development groups, community partners
What we're looking for:
- 1–2+ years in sales or customer service
- Strong prospecting chops + fluency with sales automation / outbound tooling
- Student Housing experience
- Sharp communicator, detail-oriented, problem-solver
- Flexibility to travel when the pipeline calls for it
- Tech-savvy = expected.
