Job Description
- To engage business by value-selling with NTO and loading opportunities which needs more time to proliferate current & new customers , based on technology platforms, like BCD, eFlash, MEMS, GaN, SG discrete ( w/ BGBM turn-key).
- To win more projects from Fabless & IDMs, especially for large geometry IC & SGT discrete opportunities.
- To penetrate more PMIC Fabless customers in China & Japanese IDMs for new business model & new projects.
Work Experience
- At least 5 years’ experience at semiconductor (foundry or product companies) business development or technical marketing.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to analyze market landscape and competition for strategy development.
- Ability to work and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Education
- An Engineering Degree or MBA with marketing concentration are preferred.
Language
- Good communications skills in English and Mandarin. Fluency in Japanese is advantageous.
