This role is responsible for driving strategic account management, new product introduction, and business development activities across ZEISS Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology (SMT) portfolio (SMS and SFS)


【Job Responsibilities】

• Develop and execute strategic account plans, including stakeholder engagement, technology alignment, competitive positioning, and long-term growth roadmap across SMS and SFS portfolios.

• Drive new product introduction (NPI) and technology adoption for advanced semiconductor manufacturing applications, including qualification planning, customer use-case development, and commercial execution.

• Lead complex customer engagement across advanced node and emerging technology programs by coordinating global cross-functional teams including application, service, product management, and executive stakeholders.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in semiconductor mask solutions, wafer solutions and advanced packaging solutions.

• Act as the key interface between strategic accounts and ZEISS global organizations to align customer technology roadmap, product strategy, and business priorities.

• Develop competitive account strategies and drive market penetration against industry competitors in semiconductor capital equipment and process control domains.

  • • Manage sales funnel, business forecast, customer escalation, and executive-level communication to ensure sustainable business growth and customer satisfaction.


【Qualification】

• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor capital equipment industry with strong exposure to strategic account management and technical sales.Strong equipment sales, marketing, and leadership experience in semiconductor industry.

• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem, including process control, inspection, metrology, lithography, or advanced packaging applications.

• Demonstrated business development experience leading new product introduction (NPI) from opportunity identification to customer adoption (value proposition, internal alignment, qualification plan, and commercial closure).

• Drive strategic technology penetration and competitive positioning for new product adoption in advanced semiconductor manufacturing

• Lead cross-functional departments across sales, application, service, product management, and HQ teams to drive customer success and business closure

• Preferred experience in semiconductor process control, metrology, inspection, lithography, or related capital equipment domains

• Proficient in written and spoken English (TOEIC above 750 or equivalent certificate).

• Bachelor degree or above in engineering / physics / business; MBA degree will be a plus
