Job Description – Sales Product Manager (Case / Power / Thermal)
Key Responsibilities
- Own the commercial performance of Case, Power, and Thermal product lines across APAC regions
- Develop and execute product sales strategies in alignment with regional business goals
- Define product positioning, pricing strategy, and value proposition to drive market competitiveness
- Work closely with Sales teams and channel partners to drive revenue growth and product adoption
- Lead Go-To-Market (GTM) execution, including product launches, promotions, and channel strategies
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to continuously optimize product strategy
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and R&D teams to align product development with market demand
- Support key accounts and distributors with product knowledge, training, and sales enablement materials
- Track sales performance, margins, and inventory to ensure healthy business operations and profitability
Qualifications
- Experience in PC components (Case / Power / Thermal) or relevant hardware industry
- Proven background in one or more of the following roles:
-Channel / Regional Sales
-Product Marketing
-Business Development (BD)
- Strong understanding of sales-driven product management, including:
- Pricing strategy and margin management
- Channel and distribution management
- GTM execution and sales enablement
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive revenue and profitability
- Data-driven, with the ability to analyze sales performance and market dynamics
